Welcome to Fisical Sports Coaching…

Fisical Sports Coaching was formed in 2008 by brothers James and Tom Greaves. Since its inception the company has grown to employ 15 fully qualified members of staff, all working throughout the West Yorkshire area. Fisical Sports is now involved in over 25 pre-school and primary schools providing children from the ages of 2 to 15 with specialised sports coaching. These sessions take place both in school hours and after school, with the aim of developing children’s sporting skills, physical fitness, as well as promoting team and work ethic, alongside fun and enjoyment for all. Outside of school hours Fisical Sports provide half term and summer camps which run throughout the year. These are based around football, dance and multi sports skills. Camps are run locally and are ever increasing in their attendance. Fisical camps are designed to be inclusive for all and engage the children in a range of activities that challenge them to reach their own personal goals in a friendly and safe environment.

Tots Sessions

At Fisical Sports we are continuing to expand our work with the local community. As a result we have established many tots sports sessions, for children from the age of 18 months held in pre-school and nurseries. These sessions are designed to develop basic skills and coordination from a young age, which will form a platform for future development in life and sport. Toddlers will learn to recognise different colours, shapes, and sizes and follow basic instructions while developing hand-eye coordination with our range of age appropriate game. Our qualified coaches endeavour to support tots (and parents) to achieve new challenges through praise and play.

  • “Fisical Sports have been coming to St Clares Catholic Primary School for over four years. They have always turned up on time and are always pleasant and accommodating to staff. The children never have anything negative to say about them and love it if they receive the ‘Good Play’ Award. These certificates are given out to the children who try hard even if they struggle playing football. The team of coaches have also been more than happy to work with children who have special needs.

been outstanding role models for our pupils, inspiring them to achieve and succeed both in sport and

academically. The boys are totally professional in everything that they undertake, they are committed hard

working and thought very highly of by staff and pupils alike. Every school should have a Tom and James.”

  • “Our coach, Jordan, has built fantastic relationships with both the staff and the children. His sessions are exciting and the children love his PPA lessons and his after school coaching. He is particularly good with the little ones and manages their behaviour and abilities very well. I would highly recommend Jordan!”

  • “Our Football after-school club is our most popular club of the week. The children look forward to it and can’t wait to get changed and get to the hall on a Tuesday! Jonathan and Max work so well with all year groups and adapt the sessions appropriatley for Key Stage One and Key Stage Two. The children’s football and teamwork skills have greatly improved over the year and my Under 9 team have won several matches at competitions. Due to the success of the football club I have now booked an additional dance club to begin in the new academic year. Megan will be delivering various types of dance including cheerleading to the Key Stage Two children”

About Us

All our coaches hold Level 2 coaching, teaching and instructing qualification, illustrating the utmost understanding and profession in this sector.

Along with this coaches must be DBS checked and first aid qualified enabling them to work with children in a safe and professional manner. Creating a great relationship with the children is a necessity to us as we see this project as more than just a job; we want to change children’s perspectives of how they learn at school by making it a rewarding experience instead of a task.

We look forward to visiting your school in the near future and start to make a positive difference.
